We are making two notable innovations in this year’s ACA conference:
1. ACA-2014 will assign a shepherd to each accepted paper, to provide guidance on revision and make sure reviewer’s comments are appropriately incorporated.
2. ACA 2014 accepts submissions both in English and Chinese, to increase the international visibility and impact of accepted papers. All accepted English and Chinese submissions will be published in an issue of Springer CCIS (http://www.springer.com/series/7899) and an issue of <<Journal of Northeastern University>> (Supplement), accordingly. English papers have been scheduled on Springer’s forthcoming proceedings (ftp://ftp.springer.de/pub/tex/latex/llncs/CCISforth.pdf).
